Phil was fast and efficient in answering the questions my HOA had regarding the project which was a hassle but Phil made the obstacles my HOA presented effortless. My initial idea was for a straight angled run on the side of the driveway but Phil suggested I curve the extension and have it meet the curve in my landscape curbing.
